Diese frisch aktualisierte und eingestellte Fassung ist die inzwischen 24. Ausgabe (2025) des Werkes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><strong>Modellvorschriften<\/strong><\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die UN-ECE-Modellvorschriften, offiziell die UN-Empfehlungen f\u00fcr die Bef\u00f6rderung gef\u00e4hrlicher G\u00fcter (Modellvorschriften), sind ein weltweit geltender, einheitlicher Rechtsrahmen f\u00fcr die sichere Bef\u00f6rderung gef\u00e4hrlicher G\u00fcter mit allen Verkehrstr\u00e4gern. Sie enthalten Vorschriften f\u00fcr die Klassifizierung, Auflistung und Handhabung gef\u00e4hrlicher G\u00fcter, einschlie\u00dflich Anforderungen an Verpackung, Markierung, Kennzeichnung, Plakatierung und Dokumentation, mit dem Ziel, Unf\u00e4lle und Sch\u00e4den an Menschen, Tieren, Sachwerten und der Umwelt zu verhindern. Die Mustervorschriften werden alle zwei Jahre vom Sachverst\u00e4ndigenausschuss der Vereinten Nationen f\u00fcr die Bef\u00f6rderung gef\u00e4hrlicher G\u00fcter aktualisiert und dienen als Grundlage f\u00fcr internationale Transportabkommen und nationale Vorschriften.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">2 Dateien = 1 Ausgabe<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwei Dateien (PDF) stehen bei UN-ECE zum Download, die sogenannten &#8222;Volume 1&#8220; und &#8222;Volume 2&#8220;. Beide Dateien k\u00f6nnen kostenlos heruntergeladen werden. UN-ECE ver\u00f6ffentlicht den Text der UN Modellvorschriften leider nicht in deutscher Sprache. Zum Download stehen lediglich die Weltsprachen Englisch und Franz\u00f6sisch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Mutter der Gefahrgut-Vorschriften<\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die UN Modellvorschriften sind quasi die Mutter aller Gefahrgut-Vorschriften. Doch anwendbar sind sie auf keinem einzigen Verkehrstr\u00e4ger. Alle Verkehrstra\u00e4ger-Vorschriften (ADR, RID, ADN, IMDG-Code, ICAO-TI) werden jedoch von den zust\u00e4ndigen Gremien unter Konsultierung der UN-Modellvorschriften erarbeitet.
