Ausladen von Luftfracht\/Luftpost) beteiligt ist.<\/li>\n<li>Der Luftfrachtspediteur <strong>nicht (!)<\/strong> als Verpacker oder Versender gef\u00e4hrlicher G\u00fcter t\u00e4tig ist, und insbesondere <strong>nicht (!)<\/strong> die Versendererkl\u00e4rung (DGD) unterzeichnet.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr die erfolgreiche Erf\u00fcllung seiner Aufgaben professionelle Kenntnisse im Sinne des CBTA (***) ben\u00f6tigt.<br \/>\n<em>Hinweis: Der Kenntnisstand muss gem\u00e4\u00df derzeitiger LBA-Auffassung nicht im Zertifikat (bzw. bei Refresher-Training im Vorzertifikat) ausgewiesen sein.
