Teilnahmebedingungen<\/strong>
\nCBTA-Schulungen „EX“ „GAS“ „INF“,
\n<\/strong> jeweils als ADD-ON zu BASIC, PLUS.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die Anzahl der Pl\u00e4tze ist begrenzt und die Ber\u00fccksichtigung der Anmeldungen erfolgt in der Reihenfolge ihres Eingangs. Das Online-Training erfolgt als Videokonferenz im Internet (virtuelles ‚Live-Training‘ im Internet mit Pr\u00e4senzpflicht (Web-Seminar).<\/p>\n

Die Teilnahme bedarf der vorherigen schriftlichen Zustimmung der Alpha Gefahrgut Consulting.<\/p>\n

Es gelten die <\/b>AGB f\u00fcr Training<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/a> der Alpha Gefahrgut Consulting,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

sowie die erg\u00e4nzenden AGB f\u00fcr Online-Training <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/a>der Alpha Gefahrgut Consulting,
\ndie ich beide auf der Web-Seite der Alpha Gefahrgut Consulting einsehen und downloaden kann.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Jeder Teilnehmer muss die technischen Voraussetzungen<\/span><\/a><\/b><\/span><\/span>\u00a0gem\u00e4\u00df LBA-Schulungsauflagen
\n<\/b><\/span><\/span>(die ich auf der Web-Seite der Alpha Gefahrgut Consulting einsehen \/ downloaden kann) erf\u00fcllen bzw einhalten.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Auch die Datenschutzerkl\u00e4rung<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/a> der Alpha Gefahrgut Consulting kann ich auf der Webseite der Alpha Gefahrgut Consulting einsehen und downloaden.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

F\u00fcr die Teilnahme<\/b><\/span><\/span> am Lehrgang m<\/span><\/span>uss jeder Teilnehmer ein<\/span> vorhandenes, pers\u00f6nliches Exemplar der aktuellen Ausage der <\/span><\/span>IATA-DGR<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/a> (deutsch oder englisch)<\/b><\/span><\/span> zum Lehrgang mitbringen und durchg\u00e4ngig benutzen k\u00f6nnen (f\u00fcr \u00dcbung und Pr\u00fcfung). Ohne pers\u00f6nliches aktuelles Exemplar der IATA-DGR ist eine Teilnahme am Lehrgang nicht m\u00f6glich (Teilnahmebedingung). Die o.g. Vorschrift darf <\/span><\/span>entweder in gedruckter oder in elektronischer Form<\/b><\/span><\/span> benutzt werden. Die elektronische Form darf gem\u00e4\u00df LBA- Schulungsauflagen nur benutzt werden, wenn die Vorschriften an einem zus\u00e4tzlichen Bildschirm angezeigt werden oder ein separater Laptop oder Computer zus\u00e4tzlich benutzt werden kann.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

F\u00fcr die \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Erf\u00fcllung der Teilnahmebedingungen <\/b><\/span><\/span>kann Alpha Gefahrgut Consulting ggf einen zus\u00e4tzlichen, angemessen kurzen Online- Termin bekanntgeben, der dann zeitnah vor der jeweiligen Durchf\u00fchrung liegen kann. Zus\u00e4tzliche Kosten werden seitens Alpha Gefahrgut Consulting daf\u00fcr <\/span><\/span>nicht<\/u><\/span><\/span> in Rechnung gestellt (ist im Preis inkludiert).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Das Schulungsbed\u00fcrfnis des Teilnehmers<\/b><\/span><\/span> ergibt sich aus dem betrieblichen <\/span><\/span>Kompetenzmodell<\/strong><\/span>, nach welchem die dort genannten T\u00e4tigkeiten durch die Schulung abgedeckt sein m\u00fcssen.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
