{"id":405,"date":"2020-05-03T14:07:12","date_gmt":"2020-05-03T12:07:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.alpha-gefahrgut-consulting.de\/?page_id=405"},"modified":"2025-05-29T05:06:58","modified_gmt":"2025-05-29T03:06:58","slug":"gbv-gefahrgutbeauftragten-verordnung","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.alpha-gefahrgut-consulting.de\/index.php\/gbv-gefahrgutbeauftragten-verordnung\/","title":{"rendered":"GbV, Gefahrgutbeauftragten-VO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>GbV = Gefahrgutbeauftragten-Verordnung<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><br \/>\nDie an der Bef\u00f6rderung gef\u00e4hrlicher G\u00fcter beteiligten Unternehmen m\u00fcssen gem\u00e4\u00df Gefahrgutbeauftragtenverordnung (GbV)*<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">*Verordnung \u00fcber die Bestellung von Gefahrgutbeauftragten in Unternehmen (Gefahrgutbeauftragtenverordnung (GbV)<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">einen oder mehrere Gefahrgutbeauftragte (Sicherheitsberater) zur \u00dcberwachung der betrieblichen T\u00e4tigkeiten bei der Bef\u00f6rderung gef\u00e4hrlicher G\u00fcter bestellen.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Als Gefahrgutbeauftragter darf nur bestellt und t\u00e4tig werden, wer Inhaber eines g\u00fcltigen Schulungsnachweises ist. Der Schulungsnachweis ist durch eine Schulung nach \u00a75 GbV zu erwerben, mit einer schriftlichen IHK-Pr\u00fcfung abzuschlie\u00dfen, l\u00e4ngstens f\u00fcnf Jahre g\u00fcltig und durch fristgem\u00e4\u00dfe schriftliche Pr\u00fcfungen bei einer IHK zu verl\u00e4ngern.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ordnungswidrig handelt insbesondere, wer als Unternehmer einen Gefahrgutbeauftragten vors\u00e4tzlich oder fahrl\u00e4ssig nicht, nicht in der vorgeschriebenen Weise oder nicht rechtzeitig bestellt, einen Gefahrgutbeauftragten bestellt, der nicht im Besitz des vorgeschriebenen Schulungsnachweises ist oder als Unternehmer selbst die Aufgaben des Gefahrgutbeauftragten wahrnimmt, ohne im Besitz des vorgeschriebenen Schulungsnachweises zu sein.<\/p>\n<p>Die bereits vielf\u00e4ltigen \u00dcberwachungs- und Beratungs- <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Aufgaben des Gefahrgutbeauftbeauftragten\u00a0 sind insbesondere auch in den Verkehrstr\u00e4gervorschriften des <\/span>ADR, RID, ADN festgeschrieben.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GbV = Gefahrgutbeauftragten-Verordnung Die an der Bef\u00f6rderung gef\u00e4hrlicher G\u00fcter beteiligten Unternehmen m\u00fcssen gem\u00e4\u00df Gefahrgutbeauftragtenverordnung (GbV)* *Verordnung \u00fcber die Bestellung von Gefahrgutbeauftragten in Unternehmen (Gefahrgutbeauftragtenverordnung (GbV) einen oder mehrere Gefahrgutbeauftragte (Sicherheitsberater) zur \u00dcberwachung der betrieblichen T\u00e4tigkeiten bei der Bef\u00f6rderung gef\u00e4hrlicher G\u00fcter bestellen.
