Teilnahmebedingungen<\/strong>
\nCBTA-Schulung „FORWARD“<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die Anzahl der Pl\u00e4tze ist begrenzt ist und die Ber\u00fccksichtigung der Anmeldungen erfolgt in der Reihenfolge ihres Eingangs. Das Online-Training erfolgt als Videokonferenz im Internet (virtuelles ‚Live-Training‘ im Internet mit Pr\u00e4senzpflicht).<\/p>\n

Die Teilnahme bedarf der vorherigen schriftlichen Zustimmung der Alpha Gefahrgut Consulting.<\/p>\n

Es gelten die AGB f\u00fcr Training<\/strong><\/a><\/span> der Alpha Gefahrgut Consulting,
\nsowie die erg\u00e4nzenden AGB f\u00fcr Online-Training<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, die ich beide auf der Web-Seite der Alpha Gefahrgut Consulting einsehen und downloaden kann.<\/p>\n

Jeder Teilnehmer muss die technischen\u00a0 Voraussetzungen <\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0gem\u00e4\u00df LBA-Schulungsauflagen (die ich auf der Web-Seite der Alpha Gefahrgut Consulting einsehen \/ downloaden kann) erf\u00fcllen bzw einhalten.<\/p>\n

Auch die Datenschutzerkl\u00e4rung<\/strong><\/a><\/span> der Alpha Gefahrgut Consulting kann ich auf der Webseite der Alpha Gefahrgut Consulting einsehen und downloaden.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr die Teilnahme am Lehrgang muss jeder Teilnehmer ein vorhandenes, pers\u00f6nliches Exemplar der IATA-DGR<\/strong><\/span><\/a> (aktuelle deutsche oder englische Ausgabe) zum Lehrgang mitbringen und durchg\u00e4ngig benutzen k\u00f6nnen (f\u00fcr \u00dcbung und Pr\u00fcfung). Ohne pers\u00f6nliches aktuelles Exemplar der IATA-DGR ist eine Teilnahme am Lehrgang nicht m\u00f6glich (Teilnahmebedingung). Die o.g. Vorschrift darf entweder in gedruckter oder in elektronischer Form benutzt werden. Die elektronische Form darf gem\u00e4\u00df LBA- Schulungsauflagen nur benutzt werden, wenn die Vorschriften an einem zus\u00e4tzlichen Bildschirm angezeigt werden oder ein separater Laptop oder Computer zus\u00e4tzlich benutzt werden kann.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr die \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Erf\u00fcllung der Teilnahmebedingungen kann Alpha Gefahrgut Consulting ggf einen zus\u00e4tzlichen, kurzen Online- Termin bekanntgeben, der dann zeitnah vor der jeweiligen Durchf\u00fchrung liegen kann. Zus\u00e4tzliche Kosten werden seitens Alpha Gefahrgut Consulting daf\u00fcr nicht in Rechnung gestellt (ist im Preis inkludiert).<\/p>\n

Das Schulungsbed\u00fcrfnis des Teilnehmers ergibt sich aus dem betrieblichen Kompetenzmodell<\/span>\u00a0(TNA)<\/span><\/strong> (siehe<\/span> Link\/Download-O<\/span>ption<\/span> unten)<\/span><\/span>,<\/span> nach welchem die dort genannten T\u00e4tigkeiten durch die Schulung abgedeckt sein m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n

Eine g\u00fcltige, gleichwertige Schulungsbescheinigung (PK 3 \/ CBTA C) ist vorzulegen (Teilnahmevoraussetzung).
\nHinweis dazu:<\/strong> Gem\u00e4\u00df LBA-Auslegung ist es nicht<\/strong>(!) zwingend erforderlich, dass ein Zertifikat bzw. Vorzertifikat CBTA-C einen Kenntnisstand (Level of Proficiency) (also 1 bis 4 Sterne gem\u00e4\u00df CBTA) ausweist. Auf einem Vorzertifikat (z.B. ausgestellt von einem anderen Schulungsveranstalter) ist die Nennung eines Kenntnisstandes also verzichtbar.
\nAlpha Gefahrgut Consulting weist nach dieser Schulung einen Kenntnisstand mit 3 Sternen (also Professionell) (engl: CBTA: Intermediate) aus.<\/p>\n
